First Individual Meeting w/ PEPP
On Thursday morning I had my first individual meeting with Duke at PEPP. The focus of that meeting was to determine where my individual focus should fall regarding the organization and this project. Since I had previously expressed an interest in examining the "Waking The Sleeping Giant" project, Duke agreed that this would be a suitable topic for me to pursue.
This weekend was mainly devoted to devising a format for my initial series of blogs, and researching the subject matter pertaining to that format.

I guess I am wondering if you have a game plan for gainning readership. That is my biggest concern, and any ideas you may have may be a big help. I am obviously not as fimiliar with you organization as you, but are the poeple you will be targeting frequent visitors to a PEPP website? Is there a different plan to get readership? Sorry I don't have any ideas, but we should all continue to discuss this topic as I believe it will be a huge hurdle. (my org = F-M Humane Society.)

Please tell us a little about the organization and the "waking the sleeping giant" project. How do they fit together, purposes, potential audience, etc.
